Dan is literally the Man when it comes to garage doors. I walked out one morning to find the joy that is a broken spring on my main door with no way to get our car out. Within 30 min of my call he was at my door and had the problem fixed within the hour. He has also successfully repaired my old opener which saved me big $$ on a new one. There’s no one else I’d call for garage door issues…five stars for sure!

We had a garage door spring break and called Dan for an estimate and to see when he could get it done. Dan made it the next afternoon when promised and had all the parts needed on his truck. He was able to replace the broken springs, replace the worn out rollers, fix the track alignment, adjust the opener and lube everything up. What a tuneup!!
I believe I have the quietest door in the neighborhood now!

We went with Beacon for their knowledge and price.
As with the other reviews, we had Dan come out and install a new opener and new wheels on our garage door. I had a lot of quotes from different companies and Beacon was the most reasonable. Also, all of us can tell the difference between just a salesman that is giving us the quote with all their up-sales or emphasis on bells and whistles, or someone who actually does the work and understands how the item works. Dan is the later. In fact, he almost was able to fix our problem without needing to sell us a new opener. If you are calling for quotes, make sure to include Beacon on the list. I interacted via email and their website before having them come out. It was easy.
The one suggestion I have for Beacon. It would be nice if you swept up after yourself. It would have made the experience a 5+ star review, instead of a solid 5 star. In the end price is what matters most, but it sure would have been nice to have had it nice and clean.

The owner and the technician who did the installation were very knowledgeable about their product and helping me make a decision about what kind of garage door opener I would like installed. The installation went very smoothly and I am 100% satisfied with the product and how well it functions. Prices were reasonable as well.
